Who We Are
Poker Catalog is an independent poker media and directory project launched by a team of professional poker players and market researchers in 2014. We started as a small catalog focused on the Asian market and grew into the most comprehensive English-language resource for private mobile poker clubs.
Our editorial team consists of active poker players who use the platforms we review. We do not receive payment from clubs or apps for listings — every club earns its place through our verification process.
Our content is led by James Holden, Editor-in-Chief and active player since 2011 with hands-on experience across 60+ clubs on all four platforms.
What We Do
We research, verify and publish information about private poker clubs operating on mobile platforms: PPPoker, PokerBros, ClubGG and X-Poker. Our catalog helps players worldwide find clubs that offer verified rakeback deals, guaranteed chips and reliable agents.
Beyond the catalog, we publish guides on rakeback strategy, platform comparisons and poker news relevant to the global mobile poker community — from Asia and Southeast Asia to the Americas, Europe and beyond.
Verification Process
Every club listed in our catalog has passed a four-step verification:
- Agent contact. We reach out directly to the agent managing the club via Telegram or LINE and initiate a test inquiry as a player would.
- Rakeback confirmation. The agent confirms the rakeback percentage in writing — we screenshot and archive the confirmation. No unconfirmed figures appear in the catalog.
- Chip security test. We verify that the agent has a documented chip guarantee policy and that withdrawals have been processed for existing players. We check public community feedback.
- Ongoing monitoring. Listed clubs are reviewed on a rolling basis. If an agent stops responding, disputes arise, or rakeback terms change without notice, the listing is suspended pending investigation.
Clubs that pass all four steps receive a "Verified" badge. Featured listings must also meet a minimum traffic threshold and have at least 20 independently sourced player reviews.
